Have you checked you’re not buying A RIGHT OLD BOILER?

Most people would not think about checking the condition of the Boiler System in the property they are looking to purchase. If it is found to be faulty, this could end up being very costly indeed!

A Heat check list:

• Is the Boiler in the right position/place in the house?

• Would you want/need to move the Boiler to create a more efficient kitchen or bathroom?

• Ask if there is a Service History for the Boiler and any repair notes.

• If the property has previously been rented or let, the Boiler should have a Gas Safety Certificate. Ask to see it.

• Get a professional quote for any repairs that need to be carried out.
